Dr. John Baca

Dr. Baca is a Board Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner. Dr. Baca attended New Mexico State University on an athletic baseball scholarship and graduated in 1994 with degrees in Biology and Health Care Administration. He went on to receive a degree in Anatomy and a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1998.

Dr. Baca has focused his practice in the treatment of musculoskeletal, acute/chronic injuries and pain of the spine and extremities. Dr. Baca believes in life-long learning and stays abreast of the latest advancements and evidence-based research to support clinical outcomes in order to bring his patients the highest standard and quality care. 
Dr. Richard Demir

Dr. Demir is an obstetrician-gynecologist. He received his Medical Degree from Rush Medical College and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Demir is a nationally recognized expert in Minimally Invasive Surgery while avoiding laparotomy (open abdominal surgery). 

His impact on direct patient care is highlighted in this section; his outcome data for laparoscopic hysterectomy, adnexectomy and pelvic relaxation are presented in detail. Dr. Demir believes that although the most complex cases take more time to be done with minimally invasive surgical techniques, the benefit to the patient avoiding laparotomy is well worth the extra effort. 

Dr. Demir's track record is the single best predictor of surgical outcome for any patient considering minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Demir now has over one thousand consecutive hysterectomies, 500 adnexectomies and 200 sacrocolpopexies done without ever converting to laparotomy. When one considers Dr. Demir's schedules no cases for open abdominal surgery, this data is even more exemplary. 
Dr. Hilario Juarez

Dr. Juarez is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Juarez has practiced general surgery in the Valley for more than 30 years and specializes in general and bariatric laparoscopic surgical procedures, including vertical sleeve gastrectomy and Orbera. 

Dr. Juarez is best known for his compassion and care towards each patient; he is not the kind of person to say "that can't be done." Many patients and insurance companies have heard this and in turn reached out to Dr. Juarez for a solution, he has accepted some of the most difficult of cases, placing patients before outcomes. 
Dr. Michael Castrichini

"Dr. Mike" received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from Logan College in 1994 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. He has advanced training in Pneumex exercise rehabiliation, Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA), clinical nutrition and acupuncture. To date, Dr. Mike has had 125 MUA procedures completed. 

Dr. Mike has been a guest speaker at St. Luke's Hospital in Tempe to discuss the benefits of specific rehabilitation in the correction and treatment of scoliosis and he was featured in a cover story in Chiropractic Products Magazine.
Dr. Kevin Kerchansky

Dr. Kerchansky is Board Certified by the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners; he is also recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Kerchansky graduated from the University of Dayton in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine. He then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating with a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine.

Dr. Kerchansky then went into private practice and has been part of a multidisciplinary model of healthcare for nearly ten years. His knowledge of rehabilitation has led to speaking invitations at national symposiums for a variety of professional fields including chiropractors, physical therapists, attorneys, nurse case managers and insurance claims departments. 
Dr. David Stone

Dr. Stone is a board certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation doctor specializing in sports medicine, interventional spine procedures and general pain management. He graduated from medical school at the University of Virginia in 2009; he completed his residency in Denver, Colorado training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. 

Following a successful college baseball career at the University of Virginia, Dr. Stone was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 2002 Major League Baseball draft. His professional career was cut short by a series of arm injuries, from which he was unable to successfully rehab. 

Dr. Stone's mission in the office is to help his patient's restore function and reduce pain through the most conservative means possible.
Dr. Angelo Mattalino

Dr. Mattalino is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, a  founding member of the American Sports Medicine Institute Fellowship Society and a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Media, the Anthroscopy Association of North America, the Major League Baseball Team Physician Society, the Association of Tennis Professionals Tournament Physician Association and the Professional Team Physician Association. 

Dr. Mattalino received his medical degree in 1982 from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas. He completed his residency at Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana and an Orthopaedic Flexible Internship at New Orleans Charity Hospital/Tulane Division. Dr. Mattalino also earned his high school degree from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in Houston, TX, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and a Graduate Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical School. 

Over the past two decades, Dr. Mattalino has blended a busy clinical practice with the responsibility of caring for numerous amateur and professional athletes locally and around the world. 
Dr. Nathan Plaskey

Dr. Plaskey completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. He attended Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 2013. He then completed an intensive three-year podiatric medical and surgical residency at Beaumont Healthcare Hospital in Wayne, MI. 

Dr. Plaskey is very passionate about patient satisfaction and the outcomes of his surgical procedures. He is also a member of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Arizona Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association.
